The company was promoted as Glotech Mold India Private Limited by M/s Chang Shin Mold Co., Limited, Korea as a wholly owned company and incorporated, as per the Companies Act 1956, in September 2004. M/s Chang Shin Mold Co., Ltd., Korea, the parent company, have been in the business of plastic injection molds for over 20 years and have established business at countries like Australia and Japan.

The company is engaged in design, manufacture and testing of Plastic Injection Moulds and also in production of Injection Moulded Plastic parts as per customer's requirement. As a part of Indian operation, Glotech Mold India Private Limited has started commercial production in June 2005. Accredited for ISO 9001-2008 for design, manufacture of moulds and quality systems in June 2007. The company uses up-to-date technologies in CAD/CAM for design and manufacture of moulds to international standard.
